Pricing The prices stated on this website are subject to a delivery charge if the total order is under the advertised free delivery price (currently at £50 ex Vat). There are certain areas where a further delivery charge will be required even if the total order value is over the advertised free delivery price. However, once the monies have been received, we aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days, on orders placed before 11am, with most orders being delivered by the next day. This is providing products are in stock. Delivery can be made to another address other than your billing address. [Please be sure to leave a contact telephone number should we need to contact you about your order.] Delivery Day The goods will normally be delivered between 7am and 6pm, Mon - Fri. We can offer timed deliveries or even Saturday delivery′s at a small surcharge. Whilst every effort will be made by us and the courier to effect delivery in accordance with any pre-arranged day, neither us or the courier will accept liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the delay in delivery however caused. If the order has already been dispatched from our depot, cancellation of the order will result in charges by our delivery company to return the products to the depot, such charges to be your responsibility. Delivery Procedure Most deliveries will be made via a courier in a large van. You must advise us of any restrictions that will impede the delivery vehicles from delivering the Products. The Products will be delivered as close as possible to your premises. Our couriers are not insured to take goods onto your premises without permission. If you require the driver to come onto your property with the wagon, the Products, or both, this is entirely at your own risk and if the driver or wagon damages anything (including but not limited to, manhole covers, tarmac driveways, block paved drives, flagged driveways / gravelled or stoned driveways, grassed areas, walls, pillars, gate posts, gates, trees, hedges, telephone wires, lights) the cost of repair will be your responsibility. All deliveries need to be fully inspected prior to signing for them. If you are not at the delivery address to receive the Products or have not arranged anybody else to receive the Products on your behalf, the courier driver will not leave the goods unless instructed to do so by yourself. A surcharge may be made and also another charge will be made for the cost to re-deliver. The cost will be reasonable and will be charged at the courier rate only. If you refuse the goods or are unable to accept the goods at the time and a surcharge and a re-delivery charge will be made. Non-Delivery of Goods / Damaged Goods We will not be liable for any non-delivery of goods or the delivery of damaged goods unless you give written notice to us of the problem within 24 hours of the date when the goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received and sign the delivery sheet as damaged goods. Photos of each damaged item are also required as proof for the insurance company, these can be sent via email. Our liability for non-delivery of the goods will be limited to the replacement of the goods within a reasonable time or the issuing of a credit note. * Free Delivery over £50 excluded VAT and delivery charges.
